THE COMPANY: This is a prestigious private equities company who work with high net worth individuals.


THE ROLE:

• Organise internal/external meetings, which include dinners and lunches and event coordination
• Diary management
• Travel arrangements
• Preparing papers for meetings
• Preparing presentations /reports/mail shots and telephone Coverage
• Processing expenses
• Providing new starters with all necessary equipment

 

THE PERSON: As this is an extremely rewarding but challenging role we require someone who has previous financial or banking Team Assistant / Secretarial experience and you MUST have supported a large team and be able to prioritise.
