FOH & Office Assistant - Creative Agency

This leading brand design agency, known internationally for their work with multiple well-known household names, are looking for an experienced FOH/Assistant to join their team and hit the ground running. This role will provide an amazing and top quality front of house service to all clients and employees alike. You will be the face of the company and will therefore represent them with unrivalled service, ensuring you meet and greet customers with a polite and happy attitude, keep the area (as well as meeting rooms) clean and tidy, making sure all supplies are sufficiently stocked, as well as field all calls, organise lunches and book couriers/taxis etc. You will assist the Senior EA with ad hoc duties and provide assistance with typing overflow as well as help with errands where required. You will also assist the Finance Manager with invoicing and expenses where needed.
