Team Assistant - 9 Month Mat Cover

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an alternative and dynamic finance company based in the City. Our client is looking for a bright, proactive and hardworking candidate to come in to support their wonderful team. This is a team assistant maternity cover that will last 9 months which will see you providing a varied and exciting range of responsibilities. You will working amongst a supportive and nurturing group of people who value their each and everyone of their team.
 
This role will be supporting one of their central teams, this is a fast paced and exciting position that will need a quick thinker who is able to work efficiently and with an eye for detail. You will be carrying out a range of duties that are not limited to the ones outlined below.
Duties may include

• Extensive Diary management
• Frequent travel arrangements
• Organising team socials
• Creating reports
• All levels of admin support

 
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting a busy team, ideally within the financial services. We are looking for an experienced individual who is happy to muck in and give their work their all. Our client will be relying on you to handle tasks autonomously and be able to think on your feet.
Experience:

• 3-5 years previous experience
• Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
• Advanced MS Office user
