PA to CTO

Leading consultancy firm based in Victoria are looking for a PA to support their CTO

Your new company
This company has recently relocated from Hong Kong and have gone through a massive relocation project. You will be located in their brand new offices in Victoria. This company is looking to double in size by 2022.

Your new role
You will be providing secretarial support the the Chief Technology officer which will also include the IT project & Department Performance reporting. You will be an integral part of the IT team in their brand new London HQ. You will handle all activities for the CTO office, manage their diary, arrange all travel including visa's and provide the CTO with report and business information.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a Personal Assistant with experience working within a corporate environment and supporting at c-suite level. Excellent O365 skills, including. collaboration tools like SharePoint & Team is needed. Ideally you will have previous experience supporting an team and 1:1. You will require great attention to details with impeccable communication skills both written and verbal.
