Secretary
My client, an incredibly renowned charity are looking for someone to work in a secretarial capacity based in Hertfordshire.
The Role
This particular position requires an experienced secretary to support a team, although it may be 1:1 support at times. The role will require providing support where necessary, including diary management, booking travel, event organisation, handling of correspondence, email management as well as helping out where required.
Key responsibilities include:
This is a temporary position initially, for three months, with the capacity to be extended.
The Candidate
The successful secretary will be someone with a proven track record of providing high level secretarial support. They must have strong communication skills, both face to face and via written mediums. The role can be fast paced, so the candidate needs to have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise a busy workload as well as remain calm under pressure.
The candidate should have a high level of competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and minute taking - there will be lots of occasions where this will be necessary and a very high level of accuracy is required.
We are looking for someone passionate, enthusiastic and not afraid to help out where required in order to assist the team.
