* £30,000 + benefits

This is truly a unique opportunity for an ideally degree educated executive assistant who can demonstrate that they have worked within a position that demands an awareness of national and international protocol while dealing with
high profile individuals, senior dignitaries and HNWI's.

To be successful in this Executive Assistant role, you will have:
* Degree level education
* Experience in a not for profit organisation, ideally
* 1 year + PA / EA /admin experience
* Exemplary co-ordinating talents
* Good typing, IT and MS Office skills
* High attention to detail
* Exacting, measured and diplomatic approach
* Understanding of the importance of total discretion and confidentiality
This this Executive Assistant position include:
* Diary management
* Managing, monitoring and drafting emails and correspondence
* Organising Executive meetings including taking minutes
* Involvement in day to day operations - facilities, HR and organising corporate
events
* Managing expenses
* Ad hoc administrative support to the wider team
