We have an exceptional opportunity for a star Team Executive Assistant to join a Private Equity firm based in Mayfair. This is a really unique opportunity where you'll be supporting the CEO as well as some Managing Partners and their wider teams. The company really are fantastic and one of our favourite clients, based in stunning offices in central Mayfair. The atmosphere is really friendly in the office and above all, collaborative.

THE ROLE

You'll be the CEO's sole support so our client is looking for an Executive Assistant who's confident and happy working under their own initiative. As well as this, you'll be offering some support to the wider team when needed. This will be across all areas of the business (marketing, HR, legal etc.) so a great opportunity to become fully immersed and become a crucial part of the team. For the role you'll need to be team orientated, have impeccable attention to detail and fantastic interpersonal skills to handle sensitive information and confidential situations. It's an extremely busy role so you'll need to be able to prioritise effectively and efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is idea.
