Commercial Litigation Secretary

Job Title: Legal Secretary – Litigation / Dispute Resolution

Salary: £38,000

Location: Central London

Expanding law firm based in central London are looking for a litigation legal secretary with at least two years’ experience to join their team and assist a small team of partners who deal with commercial litigation work. They offer an exceptional working environment and this is a fantastic opportunity for a legal secretary who is looking for a busy, involved role as there would also be a chance to take on some PA duties as well.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

• Extensive diary and travel management for several busy fee earners
• Liaising with clients via the telephone and email
• Typing up and composing of general correspondence
• Document production tasks
• Booking meetings, organising lunches and events and arranging conference calls
• Email management
• General administration duties

As this is a busy secretarial role, it is essential that you have strong IT and secretarial skills as well as excellent organisational skills. They are happy to see people with experience in any area of litigation as long as you have at least two years’ experience as a legal secretary in another law firm. This would be a perfect opportunity for someone looking to take that next step into London from a regional / local law firm.
