Assistant – Finance – boutique investment firm in West London – £26,000 - £30,000

Assistant required to work within Client Services team at boutique investment firm in West London. You will be primarily providing support to the Client Services team and you will play a key role in ensuring company standards are maintained and that client experience is positive and professional.

The role

This is a varied role and you will be working with several teams across the firm including senior Partners, as well as regular liaison with clients and third parties.

Duties will include:

• Primary support to Client Services Principal and wider team, ensuring all documentation is correct and up to date
• Assisting with set-up of client accounts, reviewing account information to aid client onboarding process
• Proofreading documents, including legal and financial records
• Maintaining and logging all client information, registering changes and ensuring all regulations are adhered to
• Liaising with third parties / clients, chasing up information when required

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in investment and between 12-18 months’ previous office-based experience. You will be the main point of contact for new clients and liaise with third parties so you must have excellent communication skills and be happy liaising with senior Partners. Accuracy and excellent attention to detail are also key as you will be proofreading legal and financial documents. As well as being happy working with numbers, you must be proactive, organised and confident to ensure efficient and timely completion of onboarding process.

Salary

£26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits.
