A leading international Investment Bank based in the heart of the City, is seeking an experienced administrator to join their Investment Banking Division IBD supporting a team of bankers consisting of MD, 2 Directors, 2 VPs, 2 Associate & 2 Associate VPs.

Your new role

As the experienced and driven Team Administrator, you will be open to working in a fast paced, high volume environment within Banking. You time will be split across all senior management within the team, meaning you will need to have the ability to prioritise when dealing with multiple tasks, and have a resilient and adaptable attitude. Your responsibilities will include Complex diary management, arranging meetings with clients, Organising Travel & Visa, Processing expenses etc.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have previous experience working for a competitor within the Investment Banking Division, Private Equity or Hedge Fund in a similar Administrative/ Team Assistant role. You will have exemplary communication and organisational skills, and the ability to build professional relationship across all levels of seniority.
