A great new opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Team Assistant to join a great small team of Financiers. You will love being the 'go-to' person, the one creating a great first impression to guests and wanting a busy and varied role. If you are inspiring to be a PA then this could be for you. You will ideally have (min 2 years) experience as a Receptionist/Team Assistant within Financial Services or similar Professional Services industry. Duties will include:-
- General admin tasks, ordering stationery office supplies.
- Diary management, booking meetings and booking travel/accommodation.
- Assisting with organising of company events.
- Producing presentation material for clients.
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Setting up of meeting rooms and maintaining reception/meeting rooms to a high standard.
You will be looking after the team so a positive, friendly, helpful approach much appreciated. Ideally you can work independently and be well organised with excellent interpersonal skills and strong computer skills. They are a great firm who look after staff well.
