EA to 2 Founders (CEO & CIO) - Banking Start-Up/ Challenger Brand, West End, London

This is an exciting opportunity to join a corporate challenger bank servicing the tech industry including blockchain and other emerging technologies. This start up aims to provide banking services on a world class technology platform with a strong emphasis on the customer experience across Europe and beyond.

As EA to the 2 Founders you will be based in great offices in a fantastic West End location working with a small, passionate and highly talented team of individuals.  This will be an extremely involving role in a fast paced and demanding environment. 

The company are looking for an exceptional EA to support the CEO, CSO and the C-Suite team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complex diary management for CEO & CSO
• Ad hoc diar6y management for C Level Suite
• Extensive and complex travel arrangements for CEO and CSO and a light touch for the rest of the management team
• Ambassador for the business, meeting and greeting investors and managing all meeting preparations
• Agenda creation and minute taking
• Management of expenses for CEO & CSO
• Email inbox management and responding to queries
• Small aspect of Office Management as based in serviced offices

The successful candidate will have huge amounts of charisma and gravitas for liaising with investors. You will need integrity, tact, diplomacy and professionalism and be able to handle confidential matters sensitively. You will need to demonstrate flexibility and versatility as the company grows and evolves and be happy with the CEO and CSO who work 24/7.

Previous experience in a large organisation with multiple layers of bosses at C – Suite Level is essential. Someone accustomed to dealing with hugely passionate and demanding bosses who may call upon you at any time.
