Your new company
Working within a small team in an ambitious and growing organisation, the Office Manager/Executive Assistant position provides an opportunity to be the first point of contact and a key figure in the operations of the company. This opportunity will suit a driven and ambitious individual who wishes to develop their skillset by directly assisting Directors and fellow colleagues. You must be switched on and flexible to succeed in the role.

Your new role

  • All 'front of house' operations
  • answering the telephone and checking voicemail
  • Manage the complex diaries and coordinate appointments for fellow colleagues
  • Set up and maintain procedures for the company
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared for meetings when they occur
  • Maintain and keep on top of a 'To-Do List' with Daily, Weekly and Monthly deadlines
  • Manage the office stationery supply, ordering when required
  • Manage telecommunications and computer systems in the office
  • Order items for site teams when asked
  • Assist with the recruitment process, liaising with agencies and shortlisting CVs
  • Assist with other colleagues in the office
  • Deal with any enquires and issues tenants may face
  • Take part in meetings with relevant external parties when required


What you'll need to succeed:
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Self-motivated, independent worker
Confident communications skills
Property Development or Construction experience beneficial but not required

What you'll get in return:
Working hours 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
