Tiger Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of an exciting Film Production Company who are looking for a super star Executive Assistant to support their Founder and COO.   

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Acting as gate keeper for the company
  • Responding to calls and emails on behalf of the founder
  • Organising a busy and ever-changing diary
  • Helping to organize events and meetings
  • Bookkeeping- invoices/expenses
  • Liaising with their international offices 
  • Attending film festivals
  • Payroll for the company
 
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful you will need to be highly efficient and reliable with the confidence to get stuck in to the whole ins and out of the company. Be bright and switched on with the commitment to stay with the company for the foreseeable future.

Knowledge, skills and experience required                                      
                                                               
Essential
  • 5+ years working within a supporting role  
 Knowledge, skills and experience that is beneficial 
  • Experience working at C-suite level
  • Experience and interest of working within the film/production industry
  • Payroll experience
  • Bookkeeping experience

·         Exceptionally organized and efficient
·         Self-motivated and proactive
