PA to Creative Director - Retail

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an ambitious and business savvy PA with a keen interested in E commerce to work for an incredibly fast growing and highly successful young company. Supporting the hugely busy Founder who has multiple business priorities, you will be a true right hand support acting as the conduit for information by attending meetings and liaising with teams to ensure points are actioned.  This PA will need to gain an understanding of the business so they can plan strategically, prepping ahead of meetings and making sure their boss’s time is used effectively.  This PA will get involved in research into potential business and investment ventures and take on ad hoc projects as well being in charge of the smooth running of the office.  The ideal PA will have 3+ year’s PA experience ideally within a start up environment from industries such as retail and e-commerce.  The team are incredibly social with lots of fun events after work and there is huge scope to develop the role as the company grows.

Duties:

• Traditional  PA Duties - Diary, meeting, travel arrangements
• Meeting - planning, minuting and action points 
• Extensive Research and project work
• Office Management
• Supporting an incredibly busy Entrepreneur with his every need!

Person:

• 3 + years PA experience
• Experience with a start up company 
• Ideally retail or e-commerce background
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Forward thinking
• True Right hand
