A really amazing opportunity for a PA and OM who is looking to really grow on the PA side and build a relationship with an inspirational and completely charming CEO. Based in beautiful office in Mayfair, this small and family feel office full of terribly nice, down to earth and highly successful individuals is looking for their sole support in the office.

There will be opportunities for you to grow the role on the PA side and get involved in lots of different things, but the CEO is looking to build the relationship over time and with more responsibility you will be financially rewarded – progression! There will be days when the role is busy, challenging and exciting though others when you turn to your rainy day to do list.

• Meet and Greet for HNW and VIP clients
• PA to CEO – diary management, setting up meetings, organising travel (growing…! More personal and business when trust is established)
• Adhoc support to senior team – booking in meetings and travel booking
• Office procurement
• First point of contact for everything, go to person

I am looking for someone who is looking to be treated like a real grown up, very IT literate, patient and can do everything with a smile. Someone with a real positive attitude who is confident and really strives to do their best each day. Bright with high attention to detail and real personalist, able to push back when necessary!
