Part-time Receptionist (Late Shift)

Hours: 1pm - 7:15pm

VWA is working on a fantastic new role with an established and successful financial services company.

This part-time receptionist role will be working on both the main reception and the client reception floor. This position works alongside one full-time receptionist and one part-time receptionist.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Checking emails
• Maintaining meeting rooms
• Booking lunches
• Additional administration tasks

An ideal candidate will have previously worked in the professional services environment and will have past experience as being a receptionist. This part-time receptionist role requires great communication skills at all levels, teamwork skills and knowledge of MS Office.

For this Part-time Receptionist role salary is up to £32K as full-time equivalent depending on experience and comes with additional benefits. Working hours are 1pm - 7:15pm.
