Fabulous opportunity to join a Luxury British leather goods and Stationery brand who are seeking a Corporate Sales Administrator. This is a contract role up to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities will be –

 

  • To provide administrative & sales support to the Corporate sales team
  • To ensure the successful fulfilment of Corporate customer Orders.
  • To project manage multiple projects to completion against tight deadlines
  • Pro-actively maintain supplier & internal stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure customer service standards are in line with company expectations and are geared towards delighting the customer
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained in line with agreed standards

 

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Excellent organisational and time management disciplines
  • Process driven & methodical
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good, clear, telephone communication ability
  • Confident in managing multiple European suppliers
  • Excellent general communication and administration skills
  • Capable of working under their own initiative
  • Impeccable personal presentation, good manners and diplomacy
  • Excel / Word / Outlook / Power Point/ SAP
