Fabulous opportunity to join a Luxury British leather goods and Stationery brand who are seeking a Corporate Sales Administrator. This is a contract role up to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities will be –
- To provide administrative & sales support to the Corporate sales team
- To ensure the successful fulfilment of Corporate customer Orders.
- To project manage multiple projects to completion against tight deadlines
- Pro-actively maintain supplier & internal stakeholder relationships
- Ensure customer service standards are in line with company expectations and are geared towards delighting the customer
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in line with agreed standards
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Excellent organisational and time management disciplines
- Process driven & methodical
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good, clear, telephone communication ability
- Confident in managing multiple European suppliers
- Excellent general communication and administration skills
- Capable of working under their own initiative
- Impeccable personal presentation, good manners and diplomacy
- Excel / Word / Outlook / Power Point/ SAP
