We have an incredible opportunity for one lucky PA to join the team at one of the most innovative and exciting creative tech companies in the world! This fast paced and people-focused company are recruiting an experienced, driven and talented PA to support 2 Directors in their London based office.
As part of this exciting team, you will be pivotal in managing 2 Senior Execs in the smooth running of their teams. This is a demanding role, coordinating complex schedules across multiple time zones, different office locations and on behalf of multiple people, as well as meeting tight deadlines. Key responsibilities will include coordinating team meetings and agendas, welcoming guests and ensuring meeting rooms are set up, collating information and preparing presentations. You will also organise team events and provide personal support where required.
We are looking for a super bright career PA to come in and get stuck in. You will be proactive and always prepared, one-step ahead at all times and be adept at anticipating the unexpected! Unflappable and adaptable, you will be extremely organised and thrive in fast-paced, driven environments. You will be proactive in anticipating the needs of the team and able to stay on top of things at all times. They have an incredibly challenging and intense job, so you will need to ensure everything is running and managed to allow them to concentrate. Your Execs will require a self-starter, able to manage-up and gauge relevant information as well as the ability and confidence to pull from meetings, tease out information and think for your execs. This is a very high achieving and high performing culture so a curious mind is essential! You should also be able to build relationships with ease, roll your sleeves up, and able to work on your own initiative.
