Graduate Researcher

Our client, a global Executive Search Firm with a boutique office in London is looking for a Graduate to join them as a Researcher. As an Executive Search firm, our client’s mandate is to identify and assess leaders to support the growth and success of their client organisations.

You will be responsible for supporting Consultants in developing and expanding knowledge of both candidates and clients. You will be responsible for sourcing and contacting the very best talent in the market. Furthermore, as a Researcher, you will develop understandings of the way in which clients operate to support Consultants through the entire interview process.

Strong wit and skills are essential. The ideal candidate for the Researcher role will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate themselves as a high achiever with an excellent academic record. The successful candidate for this role will be involved in a wide variety of activities including the entire value chain of the search process, from assisting with the identification of business development opportunities throughout the executive search process, to the closure of an assignment.
