Team PA

This leading Investment Bank in the City are looking for a Team PA / Team Assistant to join their Merchant Banking Division. This is a fast paced division, supporting senior members of the bank from MD through to Analyst. Whilst this is a busy and demanding role during working hours, there is also a good work / life balance as the role is working from 9am - 5pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Extensive and complex diary management
• International travel management
• Managing high volume of phone calls and emails
• Expense management and preparation
• Supporting lager team

The ideal applicant will have extensive Team PA / Team Assistant experience of supporting large teams, ideally within investment banking. In addition, you must be highly competent at working within a fast paced, ever changing and demanding environment so excellent organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise workloads will be essential to the role.
