A dynamic Office Administrator required working in a fast-paced start up FinTech business, you will

manage and co-ordinate all office administration activities and work together with other members of the

Office Support Team.

The client is a leader in new generation cloud technology, providing a creative innovative platform to make managing money more personable and exciting.

Description

* Answering the company switchboard number; screening calls, taking detailed, accurate messages

* Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers

* Managing the room booking system and organising refreshments where needed.

* Maintenance of meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and clear with all relevant equipment

* Monthly stationery and catering supplies inventory to ensure all stock is up to date, ordering more

* Replenishment of the coffee machines and ensuring the regular cleaning checks are carried out with suppliers

* Managing supplier relationships

* Assist with meet and greets where necessary

* Photocopying, faxing, scanning, binding and filing where necessary

* Be the central point for the office for any admin issues

* Assist the Office Support Team within the business, providing ad hoc cover where necessary

* General assistance to the Office Support Team in respect of all Office Management issues

* Assist with all office events

* Supporting Office team/HR with new starters

* Ensure all new starters/leavers have various business meeting invites and birthdays are logged

* Any ad hoc duties that may be required

Profile

The ideal candidate will combine exceptional organisation skills with a positive and proactive attitude as

well as demonstrate the ability to perform under pressure and provide innovative solutions for various

issues which may arise and willing to go above and beyond. Having the ability to anticipate needs, think

critically and offer solutions to problems is essential as is fun, passion and hard work.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Confident with all MS office packages, especially Excel

* Previous administrative experience

* Polite telephone manner

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
