German speaking Recruitment Consultant

The successful candidate will be responsible for building networks within the IT sector, maintaining strong relationship with clients and candidates, resourcing and interviewing applicants. It is crucial for you to be ambitious, motivated and have the ability to work well in a fast paced environment. As a German speaking Recruitment Consultant you will be dealing with various individuals, it is therefore essential for you to be well-spoken and confident to communicate clearly and effectively.

This fantastic role would be suitable for a graduate or someone who have some experience in recruitment and wants to develop their career within recruitment. There will be excellent training and support from the managers/team members to ensure you are well prepared with all the necessary skills. Profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience within recruitment, sales or HR would be desirable
• A desire to progress within recruitment
• Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Strong IT skills
• Able to work well in a fast paced environment
