We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and proactive Office Management/Operations professional to work for a brilliant Asset Management firm based in Victoria.
This is a varied role working for a firm that is growing quickly and would suit an individual with a strong background within Financial Services, and a practical and solution-orientated mind-set.
Responsibilities:
- Assistance with travel and occasional diary management for 2-3 people
- Producing PowerPoint presentations for Board and other key meetings
- Technology and telecoms support for new joiners and leavers
- Point person for mobile phone administration and contract
- Assistance with migration of office IT/telecom infrastructure
- Oversight of office fit-out and move logistics
- Office maintenance supplies and contracts
- Office cleaning contract oversight
Requirements:
