Are you looking for a fast paced, high intensity role on the Trade Floor of a globally leading investment bank!? This role is demanding, but rewarding. Hardworking candidates with the desire to succeed will find this role highly stimulating and continuously exciting.
You will quickly become an integral part of the team, supporting professionals on the Trade Floor with day to day secretarial and administration needs, ensuring the Trade Floor runs smoothly on a daily basis.
This is initially a 12 month contract position with permanent headcount for the right candidate. Candidates must be happy to commit to the core hours of the Trade Floor, which is to be flexible between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Working alongside likeminded individuals, this team is perfect for professionals seeking a highly demanding role and company culture.
As Team Assistant, you will be supporting a team of professionals with all diary management, scheduling internal and external meetings, booking international travel and assisting with all administration such as processing invoices and expenses.

- Making and receiving phone calls and putting them through the switch board
- Scheduling meetings and booking the appropriate rooms
- Managing expenses so that the records remain up to date
- Diary management – ensuring there are no overlaps and adequate time in-between
- Be a quick thinker who can make fast decisions autonomously
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Be highly organised and proactive, foreseeing and preparing for additional duties
- Have experience scheduling across time zones
