Operations Co-ordinator role for an Excellent Graduate

The first 3-6 months you will be based on the front desk, working the switchboard, answering emails, ordering in supplies for the office, writing reports, booking in meetings, diary management, doing research, general administrative duties, ordering catering for events and setting up rooms for events. You will work in a team of 4 and have fortnightly meetings with the CEO to grow and develop your skills.

After this time, you will then move to the consultancy floor and train to become the best consultant you can be. With the ability to earn commission on your own terms and self-promotion through regular appraisals every 6 months. You could earn up to £30k OTE when you start off on the recruitment floor.
