HR Operations Manager

HR Operations Manager - Based Brentwood, Essex - Business Advisory Organisation - Permanent - £50,000 - £55,000.

We are supporting our client exclusively in view of resourcing them a new HR Operations Manager.

Due to considerable growth - this is a new position - to work within the HR team that consists of three people.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, energetic professional with at least 5 years hands on HR experience matched with a CIPD Level 5.

The real focus to the role :

*To cover all key areas of the HR operations :
*HR Systems, Talent Attraction and Onboarding.
*Employee Lifecycle Processes
*Compensation and Benefits
*Management Reporting
*Policies and Procedures

This role is supported by the HR Co-ordinator, a Payroll and Benefits Advisor and the HR Director.
