Recruitment Consultant Dubai

Tiger Dubai is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.


This role will suit a proactive self-starter who is eager and excited about building new client relationships whilst dealing with a busy workload. You will be confident dealing with clients face to face & over the phone and will have excellent interpersonal skills.


As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, which will include but not limited to; 

• Writing and advertising job roles, attracting candidates to register with Tiger
• Uploading candidate information accurately on Internal Database
• Building on and expanding existing client relationships
• Taking detailed job briefs, ensuring you understand entirely what the client is looking for
• Ensuring that all roles are filled with the best candidate

 About you;

• A minimum of one to three years recruitment experience within recruitment
