Our client, a leading international management consultancy firm is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join their team on a six-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be partnering with the hiring teams to creatively fill our open digital and technical positions with top talent. You will own the recruitment process from beginning to end with exceptional organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing full life cycle recruiting for assigned positions
  • Establishing collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers, Human Resource (HR) Business Partners and local office and region HR staff
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates and identifying talent through established and new channels including leveraging personal networks, job boards and social media
  • Developing creative and diverse sourcing plans
  • Providing recommendations and best practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and compensation to develop offers
  • Regularly updating progress in our applicant tracking system
  • Conducting regular follow-ups with managers and HR Business Partners to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
  • Recommending and implementing process improvements for challenging to fill roles
  • Developing and continuously upgrading recruiting resources for hiring managers
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in full cycle recruiting required
  • Proven experience hiring digital and technical talent
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Exercise effective judgement, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity to changing needs and situations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage competing demands
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, prior experience with Applicant tracking Systems is a plus
