Receptionist in a Law Firm - £28,500 + Working 12.00 till 8pm

This highly progressive corporate law firm is seeking an experienced corporate receptionist for their stunning reception areas of their London base. Working within a team of 12, you will be responsible for the smooth running of reception & conference room co-ordination, including meeting and greeting, answering all incoming calls and other administrative duties and assisting the Marketing and events team.

Hours are 12 Noon till 8pm, Monday to Friday.

Previous reception experience within professional services (law, merchant/investment banking, chartered accountants)needed as is experience of using a  computerised meeting room booking system such as Condecco, EMS, Manhattan etc).
