This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and team-playing individual to join a boutique investment firm in Mayfair as a Float Assistant!

This Float Assistant role will involve supporting teams across various desks with all administrative duties, including (but not limited to):

• Diary management and booking meetings
• International travel arrangements
• Processing expenses
• Providing cover on reception including meeting and greeting of visitors and booking of meeting rooms
• Supporting with facilities when needed
• Assisting the Office Manager with arranging events and/or other ad hoc duties.

For this Float Assistant position, the ideal candidate will be proactive and able to adapt to different personalities and working styles easily and effectively. Some previous office experience is essential combined with a can-do attitude and good dose of initiative!

Salary for this Float Assistant position is up to £35K depending on experience and the role comes with excellent benefits.
