Our client, a highly successful investment firm in Marylebone, is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a contract-to-permanent basis. It's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join a growing company where the employees are driven and the staff are treated well.

The role is extremely varied, no two days will be the same, but it will include duties such as:

• Develop, implement and administer health and safety programs to meet legislative requirements and global company standards and requirement.
• Assist with internal moves
• Be able to undertake minor maintenance repairs, to keep and maintain the London office to a high standard
• Be accountable for access control and video surveillance systems and performs day-to-day operational and administrative routines associated with access control and CCTV systems, including data base management
• Support multiple initiatives at once with varying degrees of ownership while working closely with colleagues in Facilities and Office Services and across other departments

The ideal candidate for this Facilities Coordinator position will have some previous office and client-facing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. It's a hands on role supporting in a non-hierarchical environment where a muck-in attitude is key.. You will also have a strong eye for detail and be able to work both independently and within a team.

Salary for this Facilities Coordinator position is up to £45K depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.
