Quality Assurance Coordinator - 12 month FTC

Premium West-End property company is looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Coordinator to work alongside the Facilities team in a varied role, 1 year fixed term contract!

Main Responsibilities:

* A pivotal role with responsibility for ensuring that the Firm has the correct quality assurance mechanisms
in place in order to qualify for emerging business development opportunities
* Ensure certification is maintained in all appointed standards
* Prepare and update quality documentation
* Manage and control compliance
* Ensure internal and external audits are carried out aligned to the required standards
* Manage corrective actions and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner
* Facilitate periodical quality meetings and generate reports to be circulated at Board and Management
Review meetings
* Develop QA policies and procedures
* Provide health and safety operational support including attending H&S meetings and liaising with
external parties, including consultants when required
* Assist with the management of supplier records and approval process

About You:
Qualifications, Skills and Key Attributes -

* Experience of working to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001 standards and
coordinating audits aligned to these standards is essential
* Polite and articulate with a polished and professional approach
* Ability to communicate with people at all levels confidently and professionally
* Strong team player with a natural ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and contractors
* Ability to resolve problems quickly, efficiently and in a calm manner
* Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace
* Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems
* Excellent attention to detail
