Team Assistant- Super varied role with marketing and events!

Up to 30k. Five minutes walk from Charing cross, Strand. Stunning offices.

We are working for a super friendly and approachable global consultancy, working in the most stunning offices five minutes walk from Charing Cross station.

Team Assistant role will include-

  • PA to Partners including diary management and extensive global travel organisation
  • Marketing support
  • Event organisation
  • Corporate social responsibility duties including coordinating the companies fundraising activities and volunteering

The candidate-

  • Experience working in an office environment as a team assistant or PA.
  • Demonstrable experience of organising diaries and booking corporate travel
  • Bright, polished and happy to be super hands on and flexible
  • Educated to minimum A level equivalent
