Our client a FTSE250 Real Estate Investment Trust, with over 60 Business Centres across London are looking for a keen Administrator who will work for their team who are integral to their business support services. You will be based in their busy and buzzy offices and be responsible for supporting the Head of Centre Support and Head of Support Services in the implementation of the Group’s corporate policy and standards throughout their portfolio.This department ensures high standards of customer satisfaction and engagement are met and ensures a high level of policies, procedures and records throughout their portfolio of Business Centres.

This will be a varied and fast-paced role and no day will ever be the same!! You will be confident taking on a multitude of tasks at any one time and be able to juggle a fast changing and diverse workload. As the administrator in this role you will have excellent communication skills coupled with strong written skills as attention to detail is key. You will have a good use of Microsoft Office packages and be adept and learning new internal systems as well as be able to work autonomously while using your own initiative. You will be highly organised and be able to work as part of a team with pressures to meet tight deadlines.

As the Administrator you will be assisting in many areas within the support services including:

Customer Survey Programme

  • Assist in administering the ongoing delivery of the Customer survey programme to include updating the user hierarchy on a regular basis, maintaining accuracy and ensuring amendments are actioned and following up as necessary
  • Update guidance documents as and when required

Mystery Shopping

  • Administering of the mystery shopping programme to ensure that high standards of service customer are maintained.
  • Update user hierarchy and guidance documents as and when required 

Staff Training

  • Assist in arranging training courses for Centre staff
  • Maintain training records and provide to Line Manager's, HR etc as and when required
  • Assist with the introduction and ongoing management of an online training and development platform
  • Co-ordinate training schedule with Training Manager (IT & Systems)
  • Maintain training calendar

Environment Sustainability

  • Assist with delivering initiatives
  • Schedule and circulate details of key sustainability dates for relevant campaigns
  • Assist with the development and delivery of sustainable events

Audits

  • Track actions required from Support Services audits
  • Update and maintain audit register

 New Starters

  • Plan and schedule induction training for new staff as well as newly promoted staff
  • Add new starters to training programme
  • Update and maintain master staff list

Social Media

  • Circulate bi-annual reports ensuring that these are made available to all relevant parties

General

  • Carry out administrative tasks (update/maintain records, policies etc)
  • Music license management
  • Assist with introduction and implementation of new initiatives as required
  • Carry out any other duties as required
