What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Investment team and a Managing Partner (1:3)

Key duties:

• Complex diary and travel management for the investment team.
• Allocating time with the CEO's EA and various teams internally each week to ensure free flowing.
• Dealing directly with portfolio companies from assistant to top level management to confirm board meeting attendance.
• Working with the CEO's EA on upcoming road shows and key conferences.
• Updating the CRM database.
• Dealing with expenses, managing budgets, processing invoices and expenses.
• Annual marketing activities such has holiday mailouts, Christmas gifts or other investor communications.

What is the company looking for?

• Previous experience working within private equity or a boutique finance company.
• Excellent organisational skills with a strong logistics background preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to show initiative and be proactive
• Great time management skills.
