Executive Assistant - Private Equity

We are urgently hiring for an EA from Private equity or Corporate Finance to support a senior Partner and 2 executives in an international firm based in Mayfair. Part of a global group but with a boutique approach, my client has a reputation for a positive company culture and low staff turnover. Due to expansion, they want a polished and charismatic Executive Assistant to be a part of their growth.

Along with standard EA duties, you will act as an ambassador for the company at events, work on future projects and have an input into the success of the business.

You will have a stable career history working in the Financial sector and will always seek to improve on existing systems and procedures to drive the company forward.

Although the culture is fast-paced and can be demanding, my client has realistic expectations and a good sense of humour.
