Our client, a Single-Family Office located in the heart of Mayfair is looking for an adaptable, flexible, and bright PA / Office Manager to help with the day to day running of the office.

A busy Single-Family Office, this role requires someone who has excellent IT skills backed up with a Degree or professional secretarial qualification who is hungry to take on a new, challenging and rewarding role. With no two days being the same, tasks will include general administrative duties, reception duties, meeting and greeting clients, project management and research, Office Management and assisting the Senior Private PA with any ad hoc requirements.

Hours:                Monday – Friday Office Hours with 24/7 on call when needed

Location:            Central London 

Salary:                 £DOE 

Start Date:          As notice allows

Interviewing:      ASAP

Special notes:     Excellent IT skills (preferably Mac)

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining the running of the office to a high standard
  • Liaising with contractors for repairs and supplies
  • Meeting room management
  • Meeting and greeting guests, serving drinks and tidying up
  • Ordering stationary and supplies
  • Ad hoc administration
  • Booking taxis and couriers
  • Filing
  • IT / telephone support
  • Producing documents (Must be Mac literate)
  • Running Errands
  • Assisting office team with projects
  • Research
  • Meeting and greeting guests and assisting the wider team with all requests

Candidates must be / have:

  • 3-4 years prior experience working as a Private PA or within a Family Office
  • Flawless communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent IT skills (Mac specific)
  • Valid EU passport
  • English Mother Tongue
  • Able to provide the highest level of operation support
  • Empathetic, understanding, flexible and discreet at all times
  • Willing to be flexible with hours when required
  • Happy to handle sensitive information
  • Confident, Intelligent and keen to learn
