A fantastic role exists for an accomplished, client facing Administrator with strong MS Office experience to join this niche boutique Cleaning Recruitment firm. Based in small & functional Clerkenwell offices this family business provides cleaners for various businesses in the area and has a long standing reputation for excellence in its field. This part time role supports 3 senior members within the organisation. The role involves the following duties: preparing reports, database management, coordinating  expenses, invoicing and supporting Partners with personal admin as required, undertaking event management support and ad hoc projects when required. There will be extensive periods of time when you will be required to work alone.

You are an articulate, intelligent office administrator with commercial experience. You work at high speed, accuracy and energy at all times with high levels of emotional intelligence as well as being process driven, using good judgement and common sense as well as a thick skin and a fabulous sense of humour! You enjoy logistics and have a proven ability for proactive upward management  and making order out of chaos. You are accurate, focused and driven with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time with appropriate prioritisation and a swan like approach! You have the ability to communicate clearly and accurately. In short you are an outstanding ambassador looking for your next part time challenge within a small, family run firm.

**The salary for 25 hours is £16,000**
