We are working with a global corporate investment company based in the City who are urgently seeking for a professional Danish speaking Team Assistant to join their multinational team. You will be responsible for supporting Bankers by assisting with incoming queries, preparing and organising business travel, managing meetings, diaries and administration tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the day to day administration
  • Assisting with incoming calls, organising travel arrangement, book flights and preparing visas
  • Managing diaries, inboxes, schedule meetings and set up conference calls/rooms
  • Liaising with clients
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties and other project work

About you:

This role requires an experienced Danish speaking Team Assistant or PA with exposure in working within a corporate organisation, providing support and taking initiative in all aspects. You will have previous experience supporting a team and feel confident working with senior members of staff. Profile:

  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience working as an Administrator, Team Assistant, Team Secretary, Team PA or PA
  • Experience in the investment, financial or banking sector
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, (e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organised, team-player, accurate, friendly
  • High attention to detail, ability to work independently
