Within this role you will be providing administrative support to the CEO which includes diary management, organising meetings and assist the Secretary where necessary to provide well written reports using your Italian language skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the CEO's diary
  • Translating documents when needed, English to Italian and vice versa
  • Coordination of meetings and events, preparation of presentation materials, and maintenance / filing of documents
  • Maintaining calendars and collecting reports from varied departments
  • Assisting the company secretary with any other duties when request
  • Complying with external and internal regulation policies

About you:

Within this role it is required for you to be resilient, have PA or Executive Assistant experience within a similar fast-paced environment with the ability to demonstrate excellent coordination and multitasking skills. Profile:

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience working as a bilingual Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, EA, PA or Senior Secretary
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, adaptable, approachable, reliable, flexible, diligent, discreet
  • Excellent organisational skills providing executive assistant support at CEO / Director / Board member level
  • Ability to work to tight timelines and able to produce high quality work whilst under pressure
  • IT literate particularly around MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
