An educational consultancy based near to Farringdon are seeking an organised administrator to support the Learning and Development team.

The role is varied and can be extremely busy.

Duties include

Managing a busy inbox and dealing with over 50 enquires per day

Updating the database and excel to track each course, the delegates etc.

Dealing with changes on events and training courses, they have up to 40+ events per year

Booking travel and hotels for the trainers and your team. You will also attend some of the events with an over night stay in a hotel.

Proofreading and formatting PowerPoint presentations

Ensuring there is enough course information and handouts in stock.

Meet delegates and assist after their requests

Set up events with refreshments and be happy moving tables and chairs when required.

This role has great opportunity for promotion and they have excellent benefits inc 25 days holiday in your first year raising to 30 days in your 2nd year.

Your cv will need to demonstrate your ability to work in a methodical and organised manner.  Great IT skills and particuarly excel.   Great admin background.

Hours are 9-5 and location is Barbican
