Sample Coordinator - Creative PR Agency

Our client are looking for an office runner/sample coordinator to join their growing team in West London. This is a great opportunity to join a creative and hard working office of like minded creatives in a great role!

The Office runner/sample coordinator role is an essential part of the team! On a daily basis you will be responsible for all deliveries of samples into the building, sending samples to clients, organising the stockroom, ordering supplies and setting up meeting rooms, booking travel, assisting with deliveries, ensuring all electric, running ad-hoc errands in the city, admin assistance and occasionally covering reception.

For this role you will, have previous experience in a similar role within a postroom/stockroom/warehouse/logisitics or facilities. Have excellent communication skills, be super organised, sociable and energetic. Ideally you will also have some administrative experience from within a similar creative environment and will be organised and committed.  You must be a proactive and diligent person with a willingness to get stuck in!
