An experienced Salesforce Administrator is required to support this Media Company based around the London Bridge area.

You will be supporting the Sales and Marketing team during a busy period where you will be asked to maintain the CRM database

Additional duties may also be required as per the full-time job spec shown below but as a temp not all these duties will be performed, but it does give a good idea of the functionality of the position

Duties will include

  • Acting as the central Salesforce Administrator
  • Work closely with Account Directors to build mailer lists and target lists
  • Adding new companies and contacts for sales and marketing teams through data loader
  • Updating status allocations of existing target lists
  • Compiling monthly stats of client targets
  • Maintaining and de-activating user access, setting up new users, profiles, permission sets
  • Administering and developing integrations (e.g. LinkedIn SalesNav)
  • Day to day configuration and customization of SFDC – custom fields, page layouts, custom object creation, maintaining and creating reports and dashboards, validation rules
  • Working with the research team to make daily updates to the company website
  • Liaising with third party vendors to synchronize data files with company profile pages
  • Running reports
  • Handling user base queries and requests
  • Responding promptly to data subjects’ GDPR-related queries
  • Working closely with Marketing Manager to oversee Pardot functionality and integration with SFDC
