Page Personnel are working with a well established and successful financial services business based in Chester, and due to continued success are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their team.

This is the perfect role for a customer focused individual with a strong background of providing administration support within a regulatory environment, and looking for an opportunity where you can add value to a business.

As the Administrator, you will be reporting to the Office Manager, and working within a small and inclusive team where you will take on a wide range of duties, which will include:

  • Providing a first point of contact for visitors and calls
  • Taking and handling customer enquiries in a professional manner
  • Provide support with the preparation of client files and collating report information
  • Processing client applications whilst adhering to compliance guidelines.
  • Liaising with external customers, and providing internal updates to the business
  • Handling all general administration


You will have previous experience of working within a regulatory environment within an administrative role. In addition, you will have a passion for providing great customer service, and looking for a role where you can bring your skills, enthusiasm and commitment to develop an exciting career.
