12 month FTC, Dispute Resolution Legal PA at Leading International Law Firm: £Flexible

Prestigious US law firm based in London is looking to a hire a new Legal PA to work within their Dispute Resolution department, supporting a team of Associates and Counsel on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.  This role will entail a lot of administrative duties where you will be fully managing the lives of your fee earners, along with any overflow work which may arise from the rest of the team.  Candidates must have previous litigation experience as this is a very busy role where you will need to know the litigation process from start to finish however duties will be a true mix of administration and documents, plus there will be an emphasis on team playing as the department very much ‘play hard and work hard where everyone gets on very well’.  This firm is based in stunning offices.  Candidates must be advanced on MS Office and have an attitude of wanting to get on with their bosses as this will be a real team role where everyone mucks in and gets on.  This role will also entail billing and expense management, and applicants should have excellent attention to detail and be able to liaise with personnel across all levels of seniority.
