Fully immersive role in the glamorous world of arts and luxury goods

Our client, a highly successful global art venture based in the West End, is looking for a diligent and well-organised individual to join their expanding team as a Personal Assistant to one of two founders.

This PA is characterised by a great deal of variability and the successful candidate will love variety and a high energy, buzzing environment with many moving parts. The role involves supporting one of the founders with anything and everything that helps him through his day, as well as ad hoc support to a female director. Duties will involve administration and will include but not be limited to:

  • Booking meetings and helping oversee events and exhibitions as well as private viewings
  • Meeting and greeting, liaising and hand-holding high profile, often ultra-rich clients
  • Helping manage contractors and technicians
  • Booking international travel and accommodation
  • Occasional private work to founder
  • Making the occasional miracle happen and using your resourcefulness and energy to support the operation of this exciting venture.

The ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant role will have previous PA experience and a love and talent for organisation and dealing with people. You must be resilient in nature and have a high level of attention to detail, as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary for this Personal Assistant position is c.£35K depending on experience and the role may require occasional weekend and evening work.

Please note that for this PA position, VWA acts as an employment agency.
