This is a fabulous opportunity for a hardworking individual with bundles of common sense, who is looking for an admin position on a part time basis. A sweet tooth is also helpful 😊 ! Our client is a luxury confectionary brand based in the West End, and they are heading into their busiest months of the year and are looking for an experienced administrator or PA who is able to help the team 3 days a week, for a 3 month period. They are a small and friendly bunch who work in a charmingly chaotic office and consequently a flexible and muck in attitude is required. You will be working closely with the Chairman and his PA and the duties will be focused around bookkeeping tasks, as well as data analysis of international sales and ad hoc admin support on projects for the Chairman, such as private property refurbishments and developments. There will be lots of spreadsheets and data entry involved so it is important this person has a good working knowledge of Excel and excellent attention to detail. There is always lots to do so for the right person it is likely the range of duties will grow. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years + admin or PA experience under their belt, be intermediate or advanced in their Excel skills, and be a grounded personality with lots of charm!
