Our client is looking for the best of the best EA to ensure the smooth running of their ‘search management’ and office. Supporting three busy individuals and their office, you will be managing a busy diary, liaising at the highest levels with clients and candidates, organising meetings, acting as a gatekeeper, point of contact and being a true ambassador for this Consultant and business. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic to join this close-knit team and really make the role their own, getting involved with various projects, office management and collaborating with their global teams. 

In addition to the standard admin duties, this role will allow you to get involved with a wide range of different aspects of the business including operations and process management. This is a long-term role that will offer an exceptional opportunity to continue to take on more challenges and consistently develop over time. 

Typical every day duties will include diary and travel management; scheduling interviews, organising international business development trips, expenses management, research work, preparation of documents.

What our clients is looking for:

    •    Previous experience in Real Estate or Executive Search is a plus 

    •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    •    Self-motivated and enthusiastic  

    •    Attention to detail and superb organisational skills

    •    Positive and upbeat with a can-do attitude
