Based in the urban reclaimed warehouse area of Borough, this is a wonderful opportunity to provide PA/Office Management and HR support to a small and growing Fintech and ensure the smooth running of the office.

My client is a fast growing Fintech based in the urban area of Borough with great bars, restaurants and walking distant from Borough Market.
Description
The PA/Office Manager with HR will work closely with the CEO and other members of the UK-based executive team to ensure that their time can be used more efficiently. This will include diary management, timesheet and expense report administration, travel bookings and ad hoc tasks as needed.
You will also be responsible for the day to day running of the office. This may include such tasks as ordering supplies, organising post, booking conference tickets, liaising with building management, or third parties to resolve issues.
There is also a focus on HR administration and the role will work closely with the administration and accounts teams based in the US. This will enable a smooth new joiner and leaver process, which is a very important aspect of the role with lots to be developed.
Profile
This is a multi-faceted and varied role best suited to somebody who is proactive, organised and able to muck-in with any reasonable request made. It can, at times, be demanding, so they will be self-starter, comfortable working to their own schedule and able to prioritise a wide variety of tasks and work-loads.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Strong attention to detail
Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong organisational skills
Self-starter, flexibility and the ability to adapt
